How we reach your buyer

The internet: Simply listing your home online will not guarantee the best price (and that is why we do so much more) but the internet does play an ever increasing role in the marketing of properties. We are of course on all the major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location and many of the smaller sites as well as our very own fantastic website where we will show place your property with great photography, floor plans and description which we prepare in partnership with you.

Newspapers: We continue to use some of the more traditional methods of advertising and continue to advertise in the Watford Free Observer, My News and currently we are the only agent advertising in Friday's paid-for Observer.

Proactive marketing: In addition to the internet we ensure that information about your home is distributed as efficiently as possible to our impressive data base of buyers. As well as mailing by post, we also email and text details directly to waiting buyers. We also have a telesales team who literally make hundreds of telephone calls informing potential buyers about your property.

Boards: Another key tool are our vibrant and eye-catching for sale boards which stimulate interest even from people who didn't think they were looking! But unlike most agents, we will respect your decision if you don't wish to have one of our lovely boards!

Photography: They say a picture paints a thousand words and never is this more the case than with property. With everyone competing for attention on the major property portals it is so important to stand out from the crowd. All our photographs are taken by a professionally trained photographer and we will only use photographs that enhance your property. Compare our photographs with those of other agents and we think you'll notice the difference!

Floor plans: These are an essential sellers tool. It's a fact that potential buyers are much more likely to view your property if floor plans are available.
